About & Editorial Policy

Circular51 is a web directory built on a straightforward principle: log what you find, record it accurately, and make it searchable. The index started as a practical catalogue of sites encountered across the open web, and it has grown into a structured record covering 22 distinct sections and more than 800 logged entries.

Each entry in Circular51 arrives through the submission form. A site owner enters their domain, selects the section that best fits their work, and submits for review. Once approved, the entry is added to the log — no ranking, no scoring, no editorial opinion attached. The directory records what it receives.

The 22 sections range from finance and technology to travel, dental services, and the broader catch-all of Unmapped Entries. Some sections, like Wagering Outposts, hold well over a hundred logged sites. Others, like Lots & Structures, are smaller and tighter in scope. All are maintained on equal footing within the record.

Circular51 is free to use and free to submit to. The index is updated as new submissions pass review. If you are looking for a particular type of site, start with the section list — each section page shows all logged entries in that category. If you have a site to add, the submission form is one page away.

The log is open. The record is running. Find your place in the index.
